Contact usNicolas Dubreuil, aka Niko, discovered the adventure of exploration at the age of 18 in British Columbia. Since then, he has led all kinds of expeditions on foot, sled, skis, kayak and underwater, from the Arctic to the Antarctic.
In 2001, saved by a Greenlander after a fall under the ice pack, he adopted the Greenlandic motto: "Only time and ice are masters" and decided to buy a house in a small village in northern Greenland, where he learned all the traditional Greenlandic living techniques.

He is one of the bear hunters in the small village of Kullorsuaq. Father of 5, he hunts seals and polar bears in winter. In summer, he fishes for halibut and sails traditional kayaks in search of narwhals.
He owns around 15 dogs and spends his life on the ice floes of Melville Bay.

Adam is the father of 3 children. He's a hunter from the small village of Innarsuit. With his 25 dogs, he travels all over the Upernavik region.

Aqqaluk is a father of 3 and a young hunter from the small village of Nutarmiut. Aqqaluk is a role model for a new generation who is becoming aware of the wealth of know-how and way of life of the elders of these Inuit communities. He, in turn, learns and maintains this way of life based on ancestral techniques.

Matias was born in Kullorsuaq. As well as being an expert at getting around the ice floes by sledge, he's also a master tailor. He prepares pants and gloves for the whole village. A skill to be passed on.
